Location: 1187 Alton Road Lawrenceburg, KY., 40342 The building is in a prime location just six miles north of I64 at junction of Hwy 127/151 and seven miles south of Bluegrass Parkway at junction Hwy 127/151.
Description: This building consists of 40,000’ of space and is approximately three years old and sets on an approximate three-acre lot. It is currently being used an Expo Center that can easily be converted back to industrial use. It is zoned I-1 and has a dock. The building measures 100’ x 400’ and has a one-slope roof that is 20’ to 14’ in height. It has 2400 amps of 3-phase available. The facility has climate control, multiple restrooms, and three collapsible walls to divide into four sections of approximately 10,000’ each. There are eight overhead doors hanging from 12’ – 14’ in height. There is a blacktopped parking lot with approximately an acre lake in the rear.
