Location: 2002 – 2027 Fortune Drive Lawrenceburg, KY., 40342. These buildings are in a prime location just six miles north of I64 at junction of Hwy 127/151 and seven miles south of Bluegrass Parkway at junction Hwy 127/151.
Description: These buildings are nearly identical and as follows. They are about six months old and are located side by side. Each one consists of 7,500 square feet. Loading docks and 14’ overhead doors are installed. They are zoned I-1. Each building has restrooms and office areas. The sidewalls are 10’ and the center is 18’. The electric is 3-phase 400 amp. These buildings have just been completed.
Utilities: Gas, water and sewer is available to the buildings. The lines for utilities are as follows: 6” high pressure line for gas, 12” line for water and 8” line for the sewer.
